Position – IT Recruiter (Contract 2 Hire)
Experience required: 6 months – 1 year
Location – WFH (permanent)

Job Description:
Experience in IT contract hiring.
Should have sourcing to onboarding experience.
Should have sourcing to onboarding experience of senior/niche skill IT hires.
Should have experience of hiring in at least 2 of the following: Infrastructure/Oracle (functional & technical)/SAP (functional & technical)/JAVA & Advanced JAVA/BI/Data Warehousing/Cloud/Automation/Testing.
Should have excellent portal sourcing skills.
Should have excellent coordination & scheduling skills.
Should be a team player.
Should have exposure to customer interaction.
Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with wifi connection.
Need to download Desktime app for proper monitoring of day-to-day productivity.
Benefits:
Fixed salary + Incentives.
PF + ESIC.
Fixed day shift (9.30 am – 6.30 pm), not stretchable unless very urgent.
Alternate Saturdays off with Sundays fixed off.
Salary cycle 1st – 31st, salary credit date 10th.
