City of Hope Medical Group Seeks a Reconstructive (GURS) / General Urologist to Join our Growing Team in Irvine, CA

The Department of Surgery, Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified, board-certified (or eligible) Urologist with a focus on Genitourinary Reconstruction/Cancer Survivorship and General Urology to meet the needs of our expanding Urology program in Orange County, California.

Position Highlights:

• The Urologist will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a nationally recognized team of cancer specialists and healthcare professionals. Engage in cancer survivorship care and contribute to building a comprehensive genitourinary cancer survivorship program, serving the regional population.
• The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained with expertise in upper/lower genitourinary tract reconstruction, including robotic platforms, and management of male incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
• The role includes general urology practice, managing conditions such as nephrolithiasis and male bladder outlet obstruction.
• Established and expanding referral base in GU Reconstruction, Cancer Survivorship, and General Urology in the region.
• Join a collaborative team environment with three other fellowship-trained Urologists at Irvine and be part of a network of 21 urologists across Southern California.
• Opportunity to serve as faculty for our Genitourinary Cancer Survivorship and Reconstructive Urology Fellowship programs.

Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000. The listed range is for base salary only and does not include incentives or benefits. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop a busy clinical practice covering Reconstructive and General Urology.
• Academic record suitable for appointment at Assistant or Associate Professor level at City of Hope.
• Must be eligible to obtain or hold an active California medical license and a California fluoroscopy license.
• MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree, with board certification or eligibility.
