City of Hope Medical Group Seeks a Reconstructive (GURS) / General Urologist to Join our Growing Team in Irvine, CA

The Department of Surgery, Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified, board-certified (or eligible) Urologist with a focus on Genitourinary Reconstruction/Cancer Survivorship and General Urology to meet the needs of our expanding Urology program in Orange County, California.

Position Highlights:

1. Providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a nationally recognized team of medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, focusing on cancer survivorship and developing a comprehensive genitourinary cancer survivorship program, alongside regional population care.
2. Fellowship-trained with expertise in upper/lower genitourinary tract reconstruction, including robotic-platform skills, and management of male incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
3. Engagement in all aspects of General Urology, including management of nephrolithiasis and male bladder outlet obstruction.
4. Established and growing referral base in GU Reconstruction, Cancer Survivorship, and General Urology within the region.
5. Collaborative team environment with colleagues in an expansive Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology, including 3 fellowship-trained Urologists at Irvine and 21 urologists across the COH network in Southern California.
6. Opportunity to serve as faculty for our Genitourinary Cancer Survivorship and Reconstructive Urology Fellowship programs.

9. Competitive salary and incentive compensation.
10. Relocation assistance may be available.
11. Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000. This range reflects base salary for full-time employment; incentives and benefits are additional. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience.
