Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI seeks a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a well-established team in a tertiary teaching hospital. The role features a 50:50 Pulmonary to Critical Care split with a balance of outpatient clinics and inpatient consults.

You will work with dedicated staff and support services, including a bronchoscopy suite and 24/7 respiratory therapy. Strong emphasis on education, research, and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
• Ability to manage 50/50 Pulmonary and Critical Care duties.
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with academic involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care coverage with outpatient and inpatient duties.
• Participate in lung nodule clinic and bronchoscopy procedures in a dedicated suite.
• Collaborate with thoracic surgery, anesthesia, radiology and cancer care teams.
• Engage in medical education, teaching and clinical research activities.

Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, WI is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Join a well-established team of experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at our Tertiary Care Hospital/Teaching Hospital.

50:50 Pulmonary: Critical Care SplitPulmonary portion is M-F no weekends or after hours! 2 weeks of pulmonary each month, consists of both outpatient clinic and inpatient consults.Approx. 7 inpatient Critical Care shifts each month.Recent addition of the lung nodule clinic; onsite thoracic surgeon to collaborate with!Dedicated bronchoscopy suiteExcellent anesthesia support for intubations and OR procedures including EBUSState-of-the-art Cancer Center with monthly Lung-Tumor Board meetingsInterventional Radiology on-site24/ 7 Respiratory Therapist coverage who manage NIPPV/Mechanical VentilatorsDedicated, experienced clinic support staff who allow our providers to focus their time and energy on providing exceptional patient careWork-life balanceJoin a practice which includes excellent support from colleagues and well trained, dedicated support staff. Critical care procedures will include, but are not limited to Navigational Bronchoscopy, central line, ECMO and chest tube placement.
