Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiologist to join a well-established team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role includes outpatient clinics, inpatient consults to Pediatrics, PICU and NICU, and responsibilities such as EKG and Echo interpretations with a 1:3 call schedule.

The department has its own Pediatric Echo lab and partners with fetal-maternal medicine, as well as a collaboration with Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for onsite pediatric

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained pediatric cardiologist.
• Proficient in EKG and echocardiography interpretations.
• Involved in outpatient clinic and inpatient consults including PICU and NICU.
• Participates in a 1:3 hospital call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric cardiology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform or interpret EKGs and echocardiograms.
• Collaborate with fetal-metal medicine group and CH Wisconsin partnership for surgeries.

Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiologist. Join a well-established department with a collegial team of physicians and dedicated support staff; the position includes outpatient clinic, inpatient consults to Pediatrics, PICU and NICU, EKG and Echo interpretations, along with a 1:3 hospital call. Department has a designated clinic space with its own Pediatric Echo lab. Partner with our onsite fetal-maternal medicine group. Existing partnership with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin to provide some onsite pediatric heart surgeries. Outreach to other Marshfield Clinic Health System locations.Marshfield Children's HospitalOur 56-bed Children's Hospital is Central Wisconsin's only accredited pediatric hospital, and one of only four in Wisconsin. It is equipped with the latest technology, more than 40 pediatric specialties and board-certified pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and neonatologists. Certified child life specialists ensure children receive the emotional support they may need to cope with their treatment during their hospital stay. The hospital has 24 bed level 3 NICU with 24/7 neonatology support and normal newborn nursery; 8 bed PICU with 24/7 pediatric intensivist support including sedation services; 26 bed pediatric acute beds including 8 bed Heme-Onc positive pressure rooms and 24/7 pediatric hospitalist support. Marshfield Children's is an ACS Verified Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Program and a member of the Children's Oncology Group (COG).
