Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Clinical Health Psychologist specialized in pain management to join our Pain Clinic alongside physicians, APPs, and therapists. You will assess and treat adults with chronic pain and contribute to integrated care.

Responsibilities include psychological testing (MMPI-2), group and individual therapy, and participating in multidisciplinary care plans; administrative time is provided in the first two years to establish the model.

• Must have completed an APA accredited internship and be ND license eligible.

• Develop and maintain a group psychotherapy program and carry a caseload of individual psychotherapy patients
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans that include shared goals with measurable outcomes.
• Administrative time will be provided during the first two years to help create an integrated model of care.

Practice Details

Seeking a Clinical Health Psychologist specializing and/or experienced in Pain Management to join the Pain Clinic. We are looking for a psychologist interested in joining an integrated department of fellowship trained pain medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians and other specialists as needed to address the physical and emotional components of pain for the patients we serve.
