Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, seeks a Child/Adolescent Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and integrated health specialists. The role emphasizes testing, PCIT, TF-CBT, and a spectrum of therapy services for youth.

The position offers collaboration with the Traumatic Stress Treatment Center and Eating Disorders service, with access to Pediatric integration and a Partial Hospital Program for ages 12–17.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program.
• APA-accredited internship or fellowship.
• Eligible for licensure in ND and MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide child/adolescent psychology assessment and therapy.
• Deliver PCIT, TF-CBT, and other evidence-based therapies.
• Collaborate with Sanford’s Traumatic Stress Treatment Center and Eating Disorders teams.
• Support integrated behavioral health services within pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital.
• Offer services including short- and long-term therapy and testing.

Practice Details

Sanford Health has an opening for a Child/Adolescent Psychologist to join our experienced team of 9 Psychologists, 3 Psychiatrists, and Integrated Health therapists in Fargo, ND.

Requirements:

• A doctoral degree from an American Psychological Association-accredited graduate program
• An APA-accredited post-doctoral internship
• To be eligible for licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota

Practice Details:

• Our department offers a full spectrum of office based specialists providing PCIT, TF-CBT, testing, and short and long term therapy services.
• Collaboration and support from Sanford’s Traumatic Stress Treatment Center and Eating Disorders service group
• Sanford also has a team of Behavioral Health specialists that are fully integrated into Pediatrics, providing both clinic services and consult services to the 72-bed Children’s Hospital housed within Sanford’s general hospital.
• Partial Hospital Program for patients who are 12 to 17 years old and their families.
• No call requirement
