Job summary

Concentra, Inc. invites a per diem staff physician to join our outpatient care team in Reading, PA. You will contribute to high-quality occupational health services for America’s workforce and participate in a flexible, patient-centric care model.

This PRN role emphasizes credentialing readiness, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes while preserving clinical autonomy. Board-certified physicians in relevant specialties are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in occupational, emergency, family, internal medicine, or physiatry (ABMS/AOA).
• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to obtain during credentialing.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.

Qualifications

Credentialing Requirements:

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physiatry related from ABMS or AOA
• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
• DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution
