Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Indiana seeks a PRN staff physician to join our patient care team. You will assess patients, provide treatments, and contribute to an exceptional clinical experience while balancing flexible clinic hours.

You will rely on your MD/DO credentials, unrestricted license, and DEA to deliver high-quality care within our HIPAA guidelines, offering support to the team and ensuring patient first service.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in Indiana
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Eligible to participate in Medicare
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from accredited institution

• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution
