The position emphasizes preventive, chronic, and acute care with patient-centered approaches and strong teamwork within a network of specialists.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine is required.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire.
• DEA license or ability to obtain before hire.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C).
• Comfortable with minor office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure high-quality care.
