Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Florida seeks a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages with a focus on work-life balance and collaborative practice.

The position offers a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule, with 20–22 patients daily, dedicated admin time, and a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care. Competitive base salary with production incentives and full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates considered if certification obtained before hire.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C).
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire; DEA license or ability to obtain before hire.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure high-quality care.
