Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Tampa, Florida seeks a board-certified Family Medicine physician to launch our Concierge Primary Care offering. This model emphasizes whole-person care, preventive and acute care, with visits during business hours, telehealth after hours and weekends, and even house calls.

You will collaborate with a full care team to manage 8–10 patients per day, with a guaranteed base salary and performance bonuses based on patient retention.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Comfortable with minor office-based procedures.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
• Board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained before hire.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
