AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Riverview, FL is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This role focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan with a sustainable work-life balance.

You will provide preventive, chronic, and acute care with a supportive team and access to digital health tools, while enjoying a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek, no weekend hours, and a guaranteed base salary with production incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• DEA license or ability to obtain before hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure high-quality care.

AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained before hire
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
• Comfortable with minor office-based procedures
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire
• DEA license or ability to obtain before hire
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
