HSHS Medical Group in Shelbyville, IL, is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM trained) for an exclusively outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate required and licensed to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in Shelbyville, IL.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and use EPIC EMR for documentation.
• Participate in nursing home rounds and other community clinics as needed.

The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM trained) for our clinic in Shelbyville, IL. Shelbyville is a quiet, rural community with it's own lake, bike trails, restaurants, and an excellent school district. Position Details:

• Well established, growing practice.
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
• some clinic time will be spent completing nursing home rounds in the community in addition to clinic visits

Compensation Package Details:

• Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
