• Oversee day-to-day practice operations including administrative and clinical staffing.
• Manage patient appointment scheduling and time-of-service collections.
• Ensure accuracy of payments and claims filing/posting.
• Guide development and direction of departmental objectives and special projects.
• Supervise staff; train, monitor, and evaluate performance as needed.
• Promote safe, high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
