Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and direction of capital expenditures, business objectives, departmental goals, and special projects.
• Leads in the preparation of departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assigns work and manages the activities of practice personnel. Trains, monitors and evaluates staff as necessary.
• Understands the importance of customer service and develops processes that support service quality and regulatory standards.
• Supports the instruction of educational programs that promote staff competency.
• Monitors quality improvement efforts and recommends changes.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to policies within budget and productivity goals.
• Promotes professional growth and acts as preceptor, mentor and resource to staff.
• Demonstrates commitment to compassionate experiences for every community member.
