Connecthcs, a premier oncology practice in Northern Virginia, seeks a Practice Director / Healthcare Operations Director to oversee multi-location operations and drive operational excellence across the organization.

You will lead administrative teams, shape strategic plans, manage budgets and facilities, and partner with executive leadership to expand care delivery while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-location healthcare operations.
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational leadership skills.
