Endeavor Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Plastic Surgeon for a full-time practice opportunity located in Arlington Heights, IL at Northwest Community Hospital.

Responsibilities

1. Full-time plastic surgeon responsible for expanding a reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery practice, focusing on microsurgical breast reconstruction, oncologic reconstruction, and other general plastic and reconstructive procedures such as abdominoplasty and brachioplasty to remove excess skin after bariatric surgery.
2. Collaborate with a team of surgeons to expand microsurgical reconstruction in the Endeavor South Region, utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system.
3. Work at Northwest Community Hospital, a 500-bed, level 2 trauma center.

Qualifications

1. Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
2. Ability to obtain permanent Illinois licensure.
3. Microsurgery fellowship training is preferred but not required.
4. Minimum of 2 years of practice experience; consideration for new graduates.
5. Completion of at least one year of microsurgery fellowship training is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Two-year guarantee from $390,191 to $799,483, with pay rate determined by experience and expertise.
