Endeavor Health is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Plastic Surgeon for a full-time practice opportunity located in Arlington Heights, IL at Northwest Community Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time plastic surgeon with responsibilities including expanding a reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery practice, focusing on microsurgical breast reconstruction, oncologic reconstruction, and other general plastic and reconstructive procedures such as abdominoplasty and brachioplasty to remove excess skin after bariatric surgery.
- Join a system team of surgeons to expand microsurgical reconstruction in the Endeavor South Region, utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system.
- Contribute to Northwest Community Hospital, a 500-bed level 2 trauma center.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
- Ability to obtain permanent Illinois licensure.
- Microsurgery fellowship training is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of practice experience; new graduates will be considered.

Compensation:
- We offer a 2-year guarantee with a salary ranging from $390,191 to $799,483, depending on expertise and experience.
