Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is actively recruiting onefull/part-timePhysiatrist to practice at its Boulder County clinics.BMC has been providing high quality medical care to Boulder County andits surrounding area since 1949. A physician owned and governedmulti-specialty practice of 90 providers including MDs, DOs, CertifiedMid-Wives, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and 320 supportstaff. BMC is committed to high quality service and expert,professional care. It serves patients in five locations, convenientlylocated in Boulder, Erie, Longmont, and Louisville, CO and is led bya full time professional management team that allows you to focus onpatient care.

Job Specifics:

• Experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal andneurological conditions.
• Procedure based pain management
• Orders clinically appropriate testing such as X-rays, Cat ScansUltrasounds and MRIs.
• Recommending and performing various medical procedures, such astrigger point injections, soft tissue, and joint injections to treatpain and improve physical functioning
• Injections under fluoroscopy/sedation
• Recommends consultation with orthopedists, neurologist,psychologists, spine specialists and pain management.
• Treats neuropathic pain
• Botulinum injections for spasticity
• Knowledge of CPT codes and reimbursements

The physicians will be partners in a high demand specialty.The physicians would provide medical services at BMC's downtown officeand two of BMC's clinics in East Boulder County in support of BMC andother independent physician needs. This position is 100% outpatientcare with no IP.
