General Physiatrist

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Physiatrist for our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Physiatrist you will:
  1. Screen admissions
  2. Admit patients
  3. Act as the attending with co-management by internal medicine
Qualifications include:
  • Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Board Certification from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Board Eligible (within the timeline outlined by the medical staff office bylaws)
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Pay Range:

$104,000.00 - $1,404,000.00

Tobacco and Drug Statement

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing. ('Nicotine products' include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).)
