Physiatrist/PM&R Physician - Remote (Spanish bilingual)

Positions:

Full-time.

Type of job:

Full-time Remote, Virtual Physician.

Spanish bilingual required.

PM&R Physiatry MSK Physician required.

Essential Functions:

• Virtually evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients Monday-Friday.
• Maintain a regular clinic schedule, including at least one evening per week.
• Participate in after-hours call schedule.
• Future rotation includes one Saturday per month for clinics.
• Participate in weekly patient rounds.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.

Education, Certification & Requirements:

• Board certification in one of the following:
  • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
  • Family Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
  • Emergency Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
  • Internal Medicine with MSK/Sports/Spine Fellowship
• MD/DO with unrestricted license in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and at least 3 years of clinical practice after training.
• Willingness to disclose any impediments to multi-state licensure at the beginning of the interview process.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with virtual care delivery.
• Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses.
• Proven ability to match patient needs to treatment plans and to implement these plans safely and effectively.
• Ability to explain medical conditions clearly.
• Experience administering a wide range of techniques digitally.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and motivation skills to encourage patients responsibly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High-speed internet and ability to work from home.
