Job summary

Banner Children's Specialists in Glendale, AZ seeks a Pediatric Nocturnist to provide inpatient care for pediatric patients and newborns at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. The role is 1.0 FTE with a 7pm–7am night shift in a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Compensation is competitive with wRVU incentives and night shift differential. Arizona license and DEA are required or obtainable; Board certification in pediatric hospital medicine is not required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Residency completion.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics.
• Arizona license and DEA (or ability to obtain).

Banner Children's Specialists (BCS) is seeking a Pediatric Nocturnist to provide inpatient care for children and newborns at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ.

Position Overview:

• 1.0 FTE
• Care for pediatric inpatients and newborns at a community-based hospital with robust specialist support.
• Night shift is 7pm-7am. Scheduling is 7 days on, 7 days off to foster work life balance.
• Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives and night shift differential.

• Pediatric Residency completion
