Job summary

Banner Children's Specialists is hiring a Pediatric Nocturnist to provide inpatient care for children and newborns at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment and a work-life balance with a schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off.

The ideal candidate will have completed a pediatric residency and be board certified or eligible. Competitive benefits include malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

Become part of a collaborative, dynamic community hospitalist team committed to delivering exceptional inpatient care for pediatric patients and newborns! Banner Children's Specialists (BCS) is seeking a Pediatric Nocturnist to provide inpatient care for children and newborns at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ.

Position Overview

• 1.0 FTE
• Care for pediatric inpatients and newborns at a community-based hospital with robust specialist support.
• Night shift is 7pm-7am. Scheduling is 7 days on, 7 days off to foster work-life balance.
• Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives and night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Residency completion
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics
• Arizona license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification in pediatric hospital medicine is not required. New residency graduates are encouraged to apply!
