Job summary

Essentia Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a patient-centered Pediatrician to join a team of 3 Pediatricians and 15 Family Medicine physicians in a collaborative primary care setting.

This 1.0 FTE, full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8a–5p, about 18–22 patients per day, well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and adolescent health programs, with EPIC EMR and no inpatient call.

Qualifications

• Pediatrics residency completed or in process.
• Board eligibility/certification required or pending.
• Experience with pediatric primary care is a plus.

Seeking a patient-centered Pediatrician to join a hardworking team of 3 Pediatricians and 15 Family Medicine Physicians. Become a welcome part of this team-based primary care group committed to the care of our area’s growing families.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS:

• 1.0 FTE, full-time, (36 patient contact hours per week)
• Monday-Friday schedule between 8a-5p
• 18-22 patients per day
• Well-child checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and adolescent health programs
• No inpatient call
• No outreach
• EPIC EMR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Peds residency
• Board eligible/certified

Compensation:

$287,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
