Job summary

Geisinger in Danville, PA seeks a collaborative BC/BE pediatric nephrologist dedicated to high-quality patient care and education. You will join a team with a physician assistant to manage outpatient care, inpatient consultations, dialysis coverage, and transplantation, supported by telemedicine outreach.

You will work with a broad network of pediatric specialists at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, a 91-bed center serving 30+ pediatric subspecialties, with strong teaching and research

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification/eligibility in pediatric nephrology (BC/BE).
• Strong commitment to patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric nephrology care.
• Perform dialysis coverage, renal biopsy, and renal transplantation.
• Engage in telemedicine-supported outreach and medical education.

Job Summary

The Division of Pediatric Nephrology is seeking a collaborative BC/BE pediatric nephrologist committed to excellent patient care and education. Join an experienced pediatric nephrologist and dedicated physician assistant in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position includes outpatient care, inpatient consultations and admissions, dialysis coverage, renal biopsy, renal transplantation, and telemedicine-supported outreach. You will work alongside a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical specialists at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, a dedicated 91-bed children’s hospital serving patients across more than 30 pediatric specialties.
