Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) seeks a board certified Pediatric Neurologist with neuromuscular expertise to join a collaborative team serving children across central and northeastern Pennsylvania.

The practice features advanced neuromuscular care, epilepsy, headaches, pediatric sleep medicine, and genetic testing, with balanced inpatient/outpatient duties, opportunities to teach residents and students, and involvement in research.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Pediatric Neurology required.
• Experience in neuromuscular medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric neurology care.
• Teach residents and medical students; participate in research.
• Contribute to telemedicine visits and multidisciplinary care.

Geisinger is seeking a board certified Pediatric Neurologist with expertise in neuromuscular medicine. Join a welcoming pediatric neurology team dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children throughout the region.

Our pediatric neurology services include advanced neuromuscular care, a comprehensive epilepsy program, specialized headache care, pediatric sleep medicine, and genetic testing and counseling. You will enjoy a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice, with opportunities to teach residents and medical students and participate in research.

Opportunity Highlights

• Inpatient and outpatient practice
• Neurophysiology or epilepsy training a plus
• Eight weeks of inpatient coverage annually

• Level IV NICU
