WVUHS Medical Group seeks multiple Pediatric Hospitalists. The successful candidates will be expected to practice in the primary location of South Charleston, WV.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries of hospitalized children.
• Performing examinations and assessments.
• Developing care and treatment plans.
• Prescribing medication.
• Studying patients' medical histories.
• Providing care advice to families and guardians.
• Monitoring patients' condition regularly.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Completed residency in Pediatrics.
• West Virginia Medical License eligible.
• Board eligibility in Pediatrics.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
