Position Overview

Role: Hospitalist, Medical Director

Location: Charleston, WV

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Thomas Memorial Hospital (TMH) Hospitalist Program.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and oversee clinical activities.
• Recommend staffing and improve clinical processes.
• Maintain patient satisfaction and safety standards.
• Manage quality metrics and collaborate with staff to enhance clinical care and develop new programs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, eligible for West Virginia medical license.
• Completed Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
