Overview

WakeMed Physician Practices is a multi-specialty group with nearly 500 physicians across various specialty areas. Our organization highly values quality, compassionate care, and is committed to providing state-of-the-art healthcare to our patients and community.

We are currently seeking physicians with fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology to join our WakeMed Children's Pediatric Specialists group in Raleigh, NC. The team currently includes 5 Pediatric Endocrinologists, along with APP and Nurse support. We offer comprehensive neurological care for children, including outpatient consultation and subspecialty follow-up. Additionally, we provide consultative care at WakeMed Children’s Hospital, a busy community hospital with services such as emergency, inpatient, PICU, NICU, and rehabilitation care.

The WakeMed Physician is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients within their division. Responsibilities may also include teaching and supervising residents, medical students, and APPs. The Physician must ensure proper coding and compliance with corporate policies and may have administrative duties within the practice. The Physician reports directly to the division Director and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices and WakeMed.
