Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center in Coldwater is seeking a Physician Liaison to support growth and enhance partnerships within the healthcare community. You will build and maintain referral relationships to increase patient volumes and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of business development experience in healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and proper stewardship of company resources.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outreach.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with physicians and other referral sources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity records within Insight’s CRM.
