Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pain management with focus on patient-centered care.
• Manage 20–30 procedures per week in outpatient surgery setting.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with collaborative team support.
• Maintain BLS/ACLS certification and Indiana license.
• Enter hours and orders in the clinical platform; ensure timely credentialing (60–90 days).
• Clinical duties conducted in Trauma Level III facility with EPIC EMR.

Description:We are seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Pain Management Physician to join our team.This opportunity is focused solely on outpatient care.The role includes dedicated block time in the outpatient surgery department, averaging 20-30 procedures per week.You will work collaboratively with a team of 2 Physicians and 27 additional providers.The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.Candidates should be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management.Experience of 3 years is preferred but not required.You must maintain certification in BLS and ACLS.Covid vaccination is required unless a medical or religious exemption is needed.This position requires entry of hours into the specified platform.Order entry is expected to be completed by the provider.The institution operates at a Trauma Level III.The electronic medical record system in use is EPIC.This position is for Clinic Only coverage.Credentialing typically takes 60-90 days.No interview is required for consideration of candidates.Multiple providers are not accepted for this position.
