Job summary

Circadia Health is seeking experienced physicians to lead one or more affiliated medical groups as owner and President. This governance role oversees clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and supervision of NP-led care models in post-acute and home-health settings.

The position emphasizes medical leadership, state licensure expansion, Medicare enrollment, and collaboration with an MSO, while maintaining exclusive clinical decision authority.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or PM&R preferred.
• Experience supervising NPs and serving as Medical Director in post-acute, SNF, or home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sole (or majority) shareholder, director, and President of one or more state-specific professional corporations.
• Provide clinical governance: approve protocols, quality standards, and scope-of-practice for NP-delivered care.
• Execute and maintain collaborative practice/supervision agreements with NPs as required by state law.
• Oversee credentialing, peer review, and clinical quality committees.
• Serve as Medical Director for applicable programs; sign off on policies and care pathways.
• Maintain Medicare enrollment for the PC and reassignment of billing rights.
• Partner with MSO on compliant operations while retaining authority over clinical decisions.
• Participate in governance meetings, audits, and payer/regulatory inquiries.
