Circadia Health is seeking experienced physicians to lead one or more state-specific professional corporations as owner and President. This governance and clinical leadership role does not involve full-time clinical work, with responsibility for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and supervision of an NP-led care model serving skilled nursing and home health patients.

• MD/DO with active, unrestricted license; willing to licensure in additional states (support provided).
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or PM&R preferred.
• Current Medicare enrollment (or eligibility) with no revocations.
• Experience supervising NPs and serving as Medical Director in post-acute/home health.
• Comfort with CPOM-friendly MSO structures and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as sole (or majority) shareholder, director, and President of one or more PCs.
• Provide clinical governance: approve protocols, quality standards, and NP scope-of-practice policies.
• Create and maintain supervision agreements with NPs per state law.
• Oversee credentialing, peer review, and clinical quality committees.
• Serve as Medical Director for applicable programs; sign off on policies and care pathways.
• Maintain Medicare enrollment and manage billing rights reassignment.
• Partner with MSO on compliant operations while retaining clinical authority.
• Attend governance meetings, audits, and payer/regulatory inquiries.
