Job summary

Circadia Health is expanding its clinical delivery infrastructure and establishing physician-owned professional corporations (PCs) in multiple states, supported by a management services organization (MSO). We are seeking experienced physicians to serve as the owner and President of one or more affiliated medical groups.

This is a governance and clinical leadership role — not a full-time clinical position — with responsibility for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and professional

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license and willingness to obtain licensure in target states
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration
• Board certification in relevant specialties
• Medicare enrollment or eligibility with clean history
• No major compliance exclusions
• Experience supervising NPs and serving as Medical Director
• Familiarity with corporate practice of medicine (CPOM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as sole or majority shareholder, director, and President of one or more professional corporations
• Provide clinical governance: approve protocols, quality standards and NP scope-of-practice
• Execute collaborative practice and supervision agreements with NPs as required by state law
• Oversee credentialing, peer review, and clinical quality committees
• Serve as Medical Director and sign off on policies and care pathways
• Maintain Medicare enrollment and reassignment of billing rights as required
• Partner with MSO on compliant operations while safeguarding clinical authority
• Attend governance meetings, audits and payer/regulatory inquiries

Education

MD or DO with active medical license

Active, unrestricted DEA registration

Board certification (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or PM&R)

Medicare enrollment (or eligibility)

Clean compliance profile (no OIG/SAM exclusions)

Experience supervising NPs / Medical Director

Knowledge of CPOM requirements
