Qualifications

• MD or DO with nephrology board certification or eligibility.
• Completion of US Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• SC medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care.
• Interest in long-term independent nephrology practice.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
• ABIM Pathway E candidates cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a three-year partnership track with a nominal $100 buy-in to become an owner.
• Provide full-spectrum nephrology care including outpatient CKD management, inpatient consultations, dialysis, and ESRD.
• Collaborate in a collegial physician environment with mentorship and shared call responsibilities.
• Participate in a well-established home hemodialysis program and ESRD services.
• Engage in clinical research through an in-house program.
• Contribute to value-based care initiatives and leadership within the group.
