Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
• ABIM Pathway E candidates cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum nephrology care including outpatient CKD management, inpatient consultations, dialysis, and complex kidney disease.
• Participate in home hemodialysis and expand peritoneal dialysis services as part of ESRD care.
• Engage in a collaborative, mentor-led practice with shared call responsibilities and time off following calls.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
