Medrina in Delaware is seeking Internal Medicine physicians who value autonomy and low burnout. Our physician-owned group manages complex patients in skilled nursing facilities, with the option to take on inpatient coverage. Full-time schedule with no nights or weekends and flexible patient load.

Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $400,000 base with no corporate salary caps. We provide best-in-class training and support with efficient tech tools to focus on medicine. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• New grads welcome.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible; US residency with current US work visa accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, medically fragile patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Option to take on inpatient coverage if desired.
