Medrina in Delaware is seeking Internal Medicine physicians who value autonomy and low burnout. Our physician-owned group manages complex patients in skilled nursing facilities, with the option to take on inpatient coverage. Full-time schedule with no nights or weekends and flexible patient load.

Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $400,000 base with no corporate salary caps. We provide best-in-class training and support with efficient tech tools to focus on medicine. New grads welcome.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
