Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment, pre-screening, and scheduling for local sites. You will help qualify patients and navigate enrollment steps while maintaining CTMS updates and timely communications with site staff.
The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare or medical research, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and strong calendar and data-entry skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

The Patient Liaison is responsible for supporting onsite patient recruitment efforts by conducting pre-qualification, pre-screening, and scheduling activities to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
A high school diploma, or equivalent, AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare, call center, or medical research environment, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license is preferred. Experience with therapy areas, customer service, calendar management /scheduling and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) experience is highly preferred. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
