Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an ENT physician for a full-time general practice in California, serving newborns through adults. The role is group-employed with a balanced 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient schedule, flexible clinic days, and a manageable call load.

California licensure is required, board-certification or eligibility is expected, and visa sponsorship is not available. Our teams negotiate salaries and contracts and assist with interviews and licensing.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in ENT.
• Experience in general ENT across age groups preferred.
• Ability to work in a group-employed practice with flexible scheduling.
