Seeking 2 BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeons to join our team east of Fayetteville, NC

Enjoy a balanced lifestyle in this small town, where providers and their families can build meaningful relationships while enjoying nature and rich cultural experiences. As a community orthopedic surgeon, you will join a practice that prioritizes patient care while serving Sampson County, North Carolina's largest county by land mass.

New grads are welcome! Candidates should have both inpatient and outpatient experience and be comfortable with all general orthopedic procedures and surgeries. Experience in Sports Medicine is a plus but not required.

Practice Details:

• New, hospital-owned clinic serving Sampson County
• You will enter a community with a strong patient base to start
• This is a new clinic that is ramping up, so some solo work initially. The goal is to hire 2 surgeons, followed by APP support.
• Focus on general ortho, especially hips and knees
• Orthopedic Sports experience is a plus
• Schedule: flexible, based on your preferences
• Shared call schedule that is flexible
