Job description

Seeking a board certified or board eligible neurologist to join its growing neuroscience program in an outpatient only position. Full practice start-up support provided.

  • Employment by Medical Group
  • Opportunity available due to programmatic expansion and market demand for a neurologist in Halifax and Northampton counties
  • Strong referral support from multiple primary care practices in the area
  • Outpatient only with option for inpatient
  • Spacious, recently renovated clinic space
  • Support from an established neuroscience team at Medical Center, a level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center in Greenville, NC that includes the region's only Neuro ICU, 3 dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, inpatient stroke neurologists, neurologists, neurointensivists, and a large team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Competitive compensation and benefits to include: final year resident/fellow stipend, annual stipend, relocation assistance, vacation, sick, and holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k, 457b, medical, dental, and vision, disability, and life insurance
  • In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
