Job description

Seeking BE/BC Orthopedic Sports Surgeon for Busy Orthopedic Practice in St. Louis County

We are looking for a BE/BC Orthopedic Sports Surgeon to join our busy orthopedic practice located in the St. Louis County area. The position involves rotating between our South County and West County (newly established) locations. The new office is situated on the St. Luke's Hospital Campus, with an ASC in the building available for purchase or the option to buy into a second ASC location. Our group also owns real estate, MRI, and PT facilities.

Position Details

1. Full-time role
2. Some call coverage required at a Level 2 trauma center, approximately every 9th weekend
3. Support from a traumatologist within the group for complex trauma cases
4. Private practice setting with 14 physicians
5. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
6. Sign-on bonus offered
7. Two-year employed model, with eligibility to become a shareholder afterward, gaining additional revenue from ancillary services and ownership opportunities
