We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will independently provide a broad range of medical services, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions such as sore throats, flu-like symptoms, sprains, and minor infections. You will also perform minor procedures and utilize appropriate diagnostic tools to deliver high-quality, efficient care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan for a variety of acute conditions
• Take medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments
• Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, splinting, and casting
• Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
• Administer vaccinations and refer patients for specialty or follow-up care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in the EMR system
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to PA/NPs remotely
• Serve as a Collaborating Physician for up to four PA/NPs during the credentialing process, including review and approval of their Delineation of Privileges (DOP)
• Adhere to clinical protocols and participate in ongoing quality initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school (MD or DO)

Licensure/Certification:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (ABMS or AOA-recognized board)
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state

Experience:

• 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience required
• Minimum 18 months experience in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or similar setting
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric populations strongly preferred

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to perform minor procedures confidently (e.g., suturing, splinting)
• Attentive listener with a patient-centered approach
• Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
