MaineHealth Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - Rockport is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding, team-based practice serving the coastal communities of Knox and Waldo Counties. This position is ideal for a general orthopedic surgeon with a strong interest in knee procedures, who values a collaborative environment and diverse clinical practice.

The annual base salary is $612,192.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required; interest/experience in knee procedures preferred.
• Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Scope: General Orthopedics with opportunity to build elective and procedural volume in knee-focused care.
