About the Opportunity

• Patient Volume: 4,000 patient visits/year, serving a wide catchment area across rural Southern New Mexico, minimizing competition and boosting patient volume.

Procedures Performed:

• Fracture Care & Trauma Surgery
• Arthroscopic Procedures for knees, shoulders, and ankles
• Sports Medicine Procedures
• Carpal Tunnel & Hand Surgery
• Revision Surgeries
• Total Joint Replacements

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of general orthopedic practice experience, with proficiency in joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture care.
• Fellowship training in joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma, or hand/foot and ankle surgery is preferred.
• Surgical expertise in minimally invasive and open surgeries.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Sponsorship: H1B and J1 visa sponsorships are available.

Requirements:

• Eligibility for or possession of a New Mexico medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Note: The region has significant needs for military and veteran care, sports medicine, injury recovery, and preventative care education.
