Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN, is seeking a licensed Optometrist for a medical, facility-based practice within the Duluth Clinic.

You’ll join a mature team of 5 optometrists and 6 ophthalmologists, with on-site LipiFlow, OCT, and LASIK/PRK capabilities, and Monday–Friday day hours. This position offers a competitive base salary and additional incentives, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Optometry in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• Residency or equivalent clinical experience required.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Mature, diverse, and collegial practice with department of 5 Optometrists and 6 Ophthalmologists, including sub-specialists in Cornea, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, and Retina.
• Access to LipiFlow, OCT, LASIK/PRK onsite in a state-of-the-art facility
• Outreach to Essentia Health-Virginia
• Medical facility-based optometry practice
• Monday-Friday day hours

REQUIREMENTS

• Residency or equivalent experience required

COMPENSATION

• $184,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
