Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota is recruiting an ophthalmologist for a 1.0 FTE position in a well-equipped clinic. The successful candidate will join a diverse team of 3 ophthalmologists, an RN, and imaging staff, with access to advanced technology including Optos, Lenstar, OCT, OCT-A, VF, and topography.

Expect 4 clinic days and 1 day in the OR per week, with dedicated in-clinic procedure space and a shared call schedule.

• Must be BC/BE in Ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmology care as part of a 3-physician ophthalmology team with dedicated RN and imaging staff.
• Attend 4 clinic days and 1 day in the OR per week.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• 1.0 FTE, full-time status
• Join established, diverse, and collegial practice of 3 Optometrists, dedicated RN, and experienced imaging technicians
• State of the art technology in clinic and OR including: Optos with FA & ICG, Lenstar, OCT & OCT-A, VF, topography, Centurion phaco system

COMPENSATION

• $460,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
