West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Ophthalmology are seeking an Oculoplastic specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown, WV.
The WVU Eye Institute treats a diverse patient population and handles clinically challenging cases. It houses all ophthalmology subspecialties and has an active research program. With ongoing expansion, this role offers the opportunity to become busy quickly.
The department is part of the nationally recognized Vision Research Center, which has made significant contributions to vision science and maintains collaborative partnerships with other WVU departments and research institutions. The research program currently receives multiple grants, including seven R01 grants and one COBRE grant.
